Crispy Quinoa Cakes (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free) — Oh She Glows
I made these on Monday night and have been eating them for lunch and dinner all week, they are delicious! I’ve eaten them with salad, as a burger patty (with veganaise and melted daiya obviously) paired with avocado and some goddess dressing or just by themselves! These versatile quinoa cakes will fill you up and make your taste buds love you. They are super easy to make too. <3
