I’ve been making this simple vegan, gluten free savory pancake for breakfast this week and it’s so good! I thought I should share it with anyone else who needs a healthy alternative to bagels and wheat pancakes. Now that I’m cutting down on gluten, I’ve had to rule out most of my usual breakfast foods. This recipe goes so well with avocado topping, so I’m happy!
